Once payment is done, message us your proof of payment (screenshot of your deposit slip or confirmation of your online bank transfer) via VIBER 0912-848-5774.
SCHEDULE OF ORDERS: We accept orders from Monday to Sunday, 3 PM (CUT-OFF). Orders made within the cut-off period will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed within 1-2 days.
SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY: We deliver from Monday to Saturday via Grab Express.
PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT: We will send a delivery receipt after checking your order form. Make sure to pay before the cut-off time. Please wait for your delivery receipt before paying the orders.
PAYMENT CUT OFF: Orders placed from Monday to Sunday 3 PM (CUT-OFF) should be paid on or before 12 NN. of the following working day to avail the next day delivery. Failure to do so will result to delivery date extension.
DELIVERY FEE: A flat rate of P150.00 shall be charged as delivery fee within Metro Manila area for every order of 20 kgs and below. For orders that are more than 20 kgs, our sales staff shall inform the customer of the applicable delivery charges.
We encourage our customers to check the items upon delivery.
If it happens that we make a mistake with your orders, leave us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours after delivery so that we can immediately resolve the issue.
Refund will not be honored after 12hrs. considering the items are perishable.
Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
