IMPORTANT REMINDERS
SCHEDULE OF ORDERS: We accept orders from Monday to Sunday, 2 PM (CUT-OFF). Orders made within the cut-off period will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed within 1-2 days.
SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY: We deliver from Monday to Saturday via Grab Express.
PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR DELIVERY RECEIPT: We will send a delivery receipt after checking your order form. Make sure to pay before the cut-off time. Please wait for your delivery receipt before paying the orders.
PAYMENT CUT OFF: Orders placed from Monday to Sunday 2 PM (CUT-OFF) should be paid on or before 12 NN. of the following working day to avail the next day delivery. Failure to do so will result to delivery date extension.
DELIVERY FEE: Delivery charge will be based on our partner courier and will be shouldered by the customer.
Refund Policy
We encourage our customers to check the items upon delivery.
If it happens that we make a mistake with your orders, leave us a message at celyrsd.livegreen@gmail.com within 12 hours after delivery so that we can immediately resolve the issue.
Refund will not be honored after 12hrs. considering the items are perishable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I. Cancellation Policy:
Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
II. Return/Exchange:
1. Livegreen takes utmost care to ensure that all products are properly packed and sealed to prevent spoilage. Customer must inspect items upon delivery. Customer may claim return sales under the following circumstances:
- Item shows sign of spoilage
- Item included in the delivery but was not ordered
- Wrong item delivered
- Item written in the Delivery Receipt but not received
2. Replacement of return – returned items will be replaced with the same item or with a different item/s of the same amount. Replacement delivery will be made within 1-2 working days and it's free of charge.
